Return Instructions
Returning something only takes three easy steps...
Step 1
Package the items to be returned and enclose instructions. (including a
copy of your packing slip or receipt is helpful) If you want an
exchange, be sure to indicate which item(s) you would like. If there is a
difference in price between the items you are exchanging, your credit card
will be either credited or charged for the difference or you may send a
money order. Please understand that we do not refund your original shipping
and handling charges, or return postage. Shipping charges will be charged on
exchanges. No claims on used goods and all goods must be in their original
package or there will be no exchange.
Step 2
Ship the package to Pizazz 5th Ave Returns Department, PO Box 635.,
Millersport OH 43046. COD’s will not be accepted. We recommend
purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged
returns.
Tip: The post office provides free boxes and envelopes if you use
Priority Mail (You can send up to 2 lbs. for only $5.85).
Step 3
We'll either issue a credit to your card or send you a refund check,
depending on how you originally paid for your purchase.
Guarantee
30 day money back or exchange on all unused merchandise, all monies
refundable except the shipping charges. All garments must have oringinal
tags on them or they will not be refunded
